Rachel Kemper, Accounts Receivable Specialist

Rachel Kemper joined Excel Rehabilitation as our Accounts Receivable Specialist in 2024. She plays a key role in managing billing processes, insurance claims, and patient account resolution. She works closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement while helping maintain a smooth financial experience for patients.

With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, Rachel supports the clinic’s operations by resolving claim discrepancies, appealing claims, following up on outstanding balances, and assisting patients with billing questions. Her organizational skills and problem-solving approach help ensure efficient account management and financial continuity of care.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and exploring local restaurants and events.

Rachel works out of our Fairfax office.
