Yes. All 50 states now allow direct access for physical therapy. This means you can start physical therapy without having a prescription from your doctor.
Some health insurance plans require an insurance referral to see a specialist, please contact your insurance carrier to check your policy.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to all our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations occur. Please communicate any extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement and to allow the physical therapist access to the area of injury. For example, bring shorts for hip or knee treatments, and a t-shirt or tank top for shoulder treatments.
Please make sure all online registration information is complete. Please bring your insurance card as well as any documentation provided to you from your doctors office if seen for an appointment.
