Jake, Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA, joined Excel Rehabilitation in 2024.

Specialties

Jake supports the treating physical therapists in the care and progression of all patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. He assists with the treatment of a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports-related injuries, joint replacements, balance and mobility deficits, repetitive stress injuries, and spine-related conditions. Jake focuses on delivering individualized exercise programs, in conjunction with hands on care, to improve functional mobility and help patients safely return to their prior level of function.

Education

Jake graduated with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Northern Virginia Community College in 2024 and brings experience working with patients across a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses. Jake brings a strong foundation in therapeutic exercise, functional movement training, manual techniques, and patient-centered rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Jake enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, photography, and watching movies. Jake enjoys supporting patients as they work toward achieving their goals and returning to the activities they enjoy most.

Jake currently practices out of our Fairfax office.
